Request for Proposal
The Maricopa Health Foundation seeks proposals from qualified fundraising consultants to conduct a community assessment and make specific recommendations on methods to strengthen the Foundation's ability to provide philanthropic support to the Maricopa Integrated Health System in preparation for its $935 million capital expansion.
In November 2014, voters approved a $935 million bond measure for Maricopa County's special healthcare district. The measure asked voters to authorize a bond to fund new and renovated facilities for the Maricopa Integrated Health System. It will tax properties for the next 27 years.
The money will be used to rebuild the old Maricopa Medical Center at 24th and Roosevelt streets in Phoenix. It would expand MIHS' 14 affiliated psychiatric and clinic services. This will necessitate a significant expansion of the Foundation's role in supporting MIHS.
Proposal Submissions
Proposals are due no later than 5:00 pm on Monday, March 16th, 2015. Hard copy acceptable/electronic copy preferred. Please send to:
