Please join us for the 9th Annual Burn Care Symposium in conjunction with the Western Region Burn Conference. This two day conference has been designed for a variety of health care providers at all levels of experience to share new ideas, collaborate with colleagues and peers, and improve patient care through education.
Highlights of the curriculum include sessions on general topics such as Critical Care, Resuscitation, Wound Healing, Pain Control, Reconstruction, and Rehabilitation. There will be an all-day session on Friday devoted to burn care in the austere environment. In addition, a Keynote Address will be delivered by the president of the American Burn Association, Dr. Palmer Q. Bessey.
The Phoenix Convention Center and Hyatt Regency are located right in the heart of downtown Phoenix's cultural and business district just steps away from lots to do and see. Major attractions include South and Camelback Mountains, the Heard Museum, the Phoenix Art Museum, Papago Park, the Phoenix Zoo, the Desert Botanical Garden, and the Arizona Science Center.
