Family Health Centers

For many residents of Maricopa County, access to MIHS’ quality health care begins in the community. MIHS operates 12 Family Health Centers across the region, as well as the McDowell Healthcare Center, the county’s largest provider of comprehensive and coordinated HIV-related medical care for adults. At our neighborhood clinics, patients can receive expert primary, preventative, prenatal and pediatric screenings and treatments, including dental care.

There also is a comprehensive Healthcare center located onsite at the Maricopa Medical Center campus. The Center treats children and adults and provides primary care services including family and internal medicine, pediatric care, and obstetrics/gynecology. The Center also provides dental care for children and adults. Two Family Learning Centers also provide health seminars, trainings and educational information to the community. These neighborhood clinics and health care centers are vital to the health and well-being of the communities they serve.
